A cookie is an element of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer's hard drive (if your web browser permits). We use cookies in order to facilitate and customize your use of certain parts of web site. This data element can later be retreived to identify you to NACAR. You can browse the NACAR site. However, you will not be able to login and have access to areas limited to the NACAR members and people connected to NACAR without your browsers set to accept cookies. Most people do not know that "cookies" are being placed on their computers when they visit websites. The "help" portion of the top menu bar of most browsers explain how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, or how to have the browser notify you when a new request for a cookie is sent from our server to you browser and how to disable it altogether.
